What it is
Issuer Script Template 2 carries issuer script commands the card must process after the final GENERATE ACApplication CryptogramA cryptogram the card generates to approve or decline a transaction: TC (approve offline), ARQC (go online), or AAC (decline).. It is used for post-decision updates; the results of each command are reported back in Issuer Script Results (9F5B).
