US-domestic USDC settlement (Dec 2025) runs over Solana. Visa Payments Forum (Jun 2026): ~$7B annualised settlement run-rate as of Mar 2026, seven-day settlement being extended to acquirers, 160+ stablecoin-linked card programmes. Visa is a founding Arc validator — expect Arc in a future expansion.
