Cardholder Name

What it is

Cardholder Name carries the name printed on the card, in the ISO 8859 / IA5 character set. Many issuers set it to a placeholder such as "CARDHOLDER/VISA" rather than the real name.

It is personally identifiable information and should be handled accordingly.
