Investigation Request
Swift's SR2026 plan required every institution to be able to receive camt.110 investigation requests in MX from 14 Nov 2026. On 27 Aug 2026 Swift deferred all SR2026 payments changes and said the remaining ones will be phased separately — check swift.com for the revised date.

Overview
camt.110 is the new Exceptions & Investigations request message, replacing free-format MT 195/199 enquiries with typed investigation categories and structured references to the payment under investigation. Together with camt.111 it makes investigation workflows machine-processable end to end.
